GENERAL FAQ
Do you guarantee your work?
I guarantee my work will be done to the absolute best of my ability. I am a human and can never guarantee a 100% error-free return. I do promise and commit to being as thorough, precise, and dedicated as I possibly can to ensure not only both our satisfaction, but your success as well! My goal is to preserve your unique voice and style while ensuring it is ready for the next stage in your publishing journey.
Is there anything you won't edit or read?
At this time, I am not accepting any non-fiction, graphic novels, screenplays, stageplays, poetry, work that needs English translation, or work using a non-American English dialect.
Do you have any content/trigger restrictions?
Only one! I will not read any books that involve the graphic torture and killing of animals (this does not include normal hunting practices).
For all other content warnings, I ask that you disclose any you feel could be found within your work. If you aren't sure, that is totally fine, I just prefer to have it noted beforehand. I will note any sensitive themes I feel should be added as I make in-line comments.
What genres do you work with?
I will read any piece of fiction, but my preferred genres are romance (all sub-genres and "spice" levels included), fantasy, science fiction, gothic, young adult, and historical fiction (WW2 and the American Civil War are a particular interest).
My absolute favorite sub-genres are romantasy, dark romance, Greek mythology retellings, and fairytale retellings, and really anything smutty, adventurous, and moody.
Do you accept works written by AI?
NO. I will not accept any work written by AI, and if it is suspected, I will not continue to work on the manuscript.
Do you use any ai when editing?
No. All edits are written and completed by me and my human brain.
Can i have a reference from other authors you have worked with?
My website features a varitey of both published works I have worked on and testimonials from authors I have worked with. I do not disclose my clients' personal contact information.
Do you require a signed contract?
Yes. The contract outlines payment, pricing, timeline, confidentiality, liability protections for both of us, and more.

Do I need any specific tools or knowledge to work with you?
I use Microsoft Word with track changes for all edits, comments, and suggestions. If you are currently using Google Docs, that is totally fine, as I can easily convert this, but please note that some formatting may be lost.
Can you help me market my book?
It is not currently one of my main services, but I am more than happy to talk about it!
